Loss of keys, security device – To be advised per key/security device.

Early Termination/Surrender –   £420 inclusive of VAT      .

Change of Sharer- £50 inclusive of VAT.

Variation or Notation of Contract – £50.00 inclusive of VAT.

AND THAT’S IT!!

 

OTHER COSTS

The security deposit and the first month’s rent must be cleared funds in our account five workings before the tenant moves in.

Holding Deposit: Equivalent to one weeks rent

Security Deposit: The deposit is a maximum of 5 weeks rent.

First Months Rent:  Is payable in advance.
